Our Beef - Grass fed, antibiotic free, hormone free, chemical free beef from Pikiroa Organic Farm and processed in our shop. Dry aged for 21 days minimum on the bone.
Cook as a whole roast, render down the fatty side first and then sear each sides before roasting in the BBQ or oven. Alternatively you can cut into steaks to your preferred size. Please order whole roasts via email (info@tofs.co.nz) or phone (0278637101). All roasts are cut to order
